The Square is divided into 5 zones to accommodate a the setup procedure. When you arrive at the venue, you will be greeted by a volunteer in a YELLOW vest who will show you to your assigned spot. If you need help unloading, we will have City Staff on hand to assist in both setup and tear down.

SETUP (Please refer to a map of the area)

It will be very crowded on Friday the 30th and I suggest you plan on an early arrival. The West side entrance on Vernon Street will be closed while we setup the stage at the corner of Vernon and Elm.

We will close the Square to other traffic at 8am and you and have staff in place to assist the vendors by 10am.

Parking is limited around the Square and all Government offices are still open. I suggest that you park East of the Square, perhaps at the Methodist Church parking lot at Barnard and Mustang.

Zone E – Approach from Elm and Barnard Street.

Zone B – Approach from Barnard on the SW side of the Square.

Zone A – Approach from SW Vine.

Zone F – Approach from East Vernon.

Zone X – Approach from Barnard and Walnut.

All of the black light poles have electrical connections and please watch where you place your power cords.

The Square will open to the public at 4pm – please be set up and ready to go by then.

ICE

There is a commercial ice machine on the north side Hwy 67 (1101 NE Big Bend Trail) near the light at NE Barnard. Brookshires Grocery at 607 SW Big Bend Trail.

TEAR DOWN

On Saturday the 31st, the music will start at 6:30pm and the vendors on Zones A, F and X can tear down and leave at will, unless your business is good and you do not want to leave. Be careful about staying too late as the Staff and Volunteers may be gone.
